FSA proposed advice on rare burgers

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) consulted on new consolidated advice for food business operators and local authorities on the production of rare burgers. The advice focuses on procedures that can control the key microbiological hazards associated with raw beef, provides best practice advice, sets out the requirement for FBOs to notify their local authority and covers consumer messages at the point of ordering.
